Managed to watch the whole show, including pre-show matches after work last night. Overall, a really fun show, highlighted by Becky Lynch's awesome storyline. I also liked that there was a lot more emphasis placed on new talent as surprise entries rather than returning legends.

I watched WWE for the very first time this last Sunday, and I adored it. I loved the hamming it up of injuries, the back stabbing and frankly amazing athletics. Nia Jax is straight stone cold! And I can't wait for the foreshadowed heel-turn of Sasha Banks.

Still sad Finn Balor lost, he was cool.

Awesome! I'm glad you liked the show. Royal Rumble is my favorite show of the year from WWE (I've been pretty much a lifelong fan and now watch it with my 10-year-old son).

Nia was great! First person to compete in two Rumble matches in the same night!

If you like Finn Balor, you need to check out a match with him in his "Demon" alter-ego. Here's a highlight clip from his debut at NXT Takeover R-Evolution in 2014. If you have access to WWE Network, check out the whole match some time. Great match, and his first time doing the Demon entrance gets an incredible crowd reaction.
